Law to encourage Palhoça

New and modern law of incentives attracts entrepreneurs Palhoça

In order to generate new investment and create new jobs, the City of Palhoça instituted PRODEP Program (Economic Development and Tax Incentives) for businesses in the city by Law 2460 of October 25, 2006, which provides among other benefits:

• Grant of credit on promoting labor-hired into new businesses;
• Granting of credit promotion of new investments in new businesses;
• Exemption from property tax on the amount added to tax due to new investments;
• Exemption from ITBI from the amount added to tax due to new investments;
• Reduction of 60% of new businesses related to the ISS.
