All projects in Cidade Universitária Pedra Branca reflect the values and decisions of the neighborhood, dealing with questions that affect its development as a whole.

Charretes

Since the beginning, Cidade Universitária Pedra Branca has been designed according to the principles of sustainability. Now, with the city’s last stage being launched, our aim is for Pedra Branca, a place which embodies the idea of sustainable urbanism, to become a role model for brazilian real estate market.

This was made possible thanks to the search for innovation and the partnership of renowned professionals, who were able to clearly define the concepts and principles necessary in order to reach the goals of living, working, studying and having fun in only one place. The city blocks were designed by nine Brazilian architectural firms, under the coordination of Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company (DPZ), a worldwide reference in urbanistic design.
