Pátio Civitas inaugurates decorated apartment
Pátio Civitas will be “with open doors” from the 7th of March. Customers interested in visiting the newest project in Cidade Pedra Branca will be able to visit the decorated apartment, which will be inaugurated on that date. The unit will present, in practice, the full potential of the property, considering furniture, decoration and finishes, so that the visitor has a real view of the possibilities.
“We are presenting a compact apartment with sophistication and spaciousness”, says architect Taís Marchetti Bonetti, responsible for the design of the decorated apartment. The proposal presented is “contemporary living”: an integrated space, with a social area that joins the living and dining environments. “The kitchen was also highly valued so that everyone can gather around the preparation of meals”, she adds.
In the ambience, lightness, practicality and functionality. Wood is a material that stands out, providing a cozy feeling. It is present on the dining table and on the blinds that cover the large windows and serve as a frame for the social space. “In all furniture, we seek to use, in addition to shades of gray and gray-blue lacquer, frosted glass doors and the presence of natural wood”, details Taís.
In the intimate area, the architect presents the differential of a closet with transparency from the specification of glasses for closing the closet in the master suite. To reinforce the concept of comfort and warmth, a panel with a fabric covering was planned for the area in front of the bed. In the bathrooms, the intended sophistication is also perceived on the countertops, with Corian surfaces, material of great aesthetic value and of high quality.
Units qualification
In the decorated apartment, it will be possible to check the improvements made in the building in relation to the initial specifications that were expected in the memorial. Among them are the inclusion of electric blinds and the installation of a digital lock on the entrance door of the unit, with access options by password, tag or biometrics. In addition to the exclusive “Civitas Pedra Branca” color of the wall painting, specially developed for the project.
